ピノラヴァーの皆さまへ
この度の新型コロナウィルスに罹患された皆さまと、感染拡大により影響を受けられている関係者の皆さまに心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
開催に向けて準備を進めて参りましたが、ご参加頂く皆さまの安全を熟慮した結果、新型コロナウィルスの感染の拡大を防ぐため、ピノ・パルーザ東京については延期、ピノ・パルーザ大阪については中止とさせて頂く運びとなりました。
ご参加を楽しみにして頂いていた皆さまにはご迷惑をお掛け致しまして誠に申し訳ございません。重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます。
ピノ・パルーザ東京の延期後の新日程につきましては、今後の状況を踏まえまして調整します。確定次第、皆さまにお知らせ致しますので、今しばらくお待ち頂けますようお願い申し上げます。既にご購入済みのチケットは新日程で有効となります。新日程の発表後ご都合が悪い場合には、払戻しをさせていただきます。
ピノ・パルーザ大阪のご購入済みチケットについては、払戻しのご案内をさせて頂きますのでしばらくお待ち下さい。
今年はオーストラリアを中心に山火事・干ばつなどが発生する波乱のスタートとなりました。我々のイベントは、これらの困難を乗り越えた生産者やインポーターが、会場にて皆さまと一緒にワインを分かち合い、楽しんで頂くはずでしたが本当に残念でなりません。引き続き、皆さまの温かいご支援をお願い申し上げます。
海外の生産者たちはみんな日本が大好き！今回、来日できないことは本当に悲しく思っていますが、状況が回復し安全が確認され次第、必ず戻ってきます！

Dear Pinot Lovers,
There is no denying that the effects of COVID-19 are proving both dramatic and widespread across all industries, and undoubtedly so for those that specialise in bringing people together.
As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 change, the health and safety of everyone who attends our events – our guests, our producers, our suppliers and our staff – remains our top priority.
We have been in continual dialogue with the government and public health organisations as this unprecedented situation progresses and have been guided by their expert advice.
Under this advice, we must sadly postpone Pinot Palooza Tokyo until further notice and cancel Pinot Palooza Osaka.
All current Tokyo tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. Once the new date is announced, if you cannot make it, refunds will be accepted.
For those who have purchased tickets for the Osaka event, you will receive a full refund and be notified in the coming days. Please be patient as we process your refund.
After an already tough start to the year for many wineries due to bushfires and drought, our festivals offer independent producers and importers a chance to connect with passionate pinot fans and celebrate their craft. It also gives you the chance to meet your pinot heroes and purchase wine directly from them. Your support goes a long way and truly means a lot to them.
We love Japan very much and are sad we can’t bring you our event at this time. We remain hopeful and positive that we can return as soon as it is safe and healthy to do so.
In the meantime, we will update you with stories from our wineries.
